Villa Chile consists of a charming, 200 year old farm house as well as a separate, first floor apartment, plus a private pool, at the "Manor House of Competa Village"

Just 10 minutes walk to the centre of Competa, Villa Chile is situated on a hill with the most breathtaking views of the Almijera Mountains, right down to the Mediterranean.

The elevated pool has safe shallow steps and a shallow end for children plus ample surrounds for sunbathing. The views of Competa Village from the pool are absolutely spectacular, especially during the evenings when the town is lit.

Farm House (cortejo)

Enjoy a sundowner with stunning views of Competa and then amble into this traditional Spanish village for tapas at a selection of bars or enjoy a meal at a number of first class restaurants.

Explore the typically Spanish maze of narrow streets bustling with small shops, including a supermarket.

Competa has a beautiful main square with two cafes, a splendid church and a bank with UK bank card facilities.

Accommodation Summary

Each unit has one double bedroom; one twin bedroom; both with ample wardrobe space; kitchen; bathroom; sitting room; outdoor furniture; recliner chairs; cushions; tables and barbeque kits. Double doors in both units open on to spacious private terraces where you can enjoy al fresco meals during your stay.

Living-Areas in Apartment and Farmhouse

The farm house (in Spain, a farmhouse is called a cortijo) has an open fireplace and wooden beams, plus a garden area shaded by an almond tree to the side.

The cortijo and the apartment boast stunning views of the Mediterranean and additionally the apartment has spectacular views of Competa and the surrounding mountains.

The car park and terraces have the benefit of security lights to ensure a well lit path to your front door at night.

Each unit sleeps 4 people, all mod cons, a place like home.
